Elisabeth is a Berlin-based filmmaker, screenwriter and script consultant. She graduated from the Saint Petersburg State Institute of Film and Television with a degree in Film Directing. Her short Inflatable Bear, Hourly (2025) premiered at Clermont-Ferrand and was selected for numerous international festivals, including BAFICI, Palm Springs International ShortFest, Melbourne International Film Festival, and London Short Film Festival. Her another short film, Meteorit (2026), will have its premiere at the Warsaw Film Festival and has already been invited to several other international festivals. She is currently working on her next short film, which was made possible through funding secured following the festival success of her first short.

Alongside her directing work, Elisabeth develops and consults on screenplays, working with writers and filmmakers on story structure, character development, dramaturgy and script development.

Margarita is a Moldovan producer, screenwriter and journalist, currently based between Berlin and Chișinău. She works across independent film and documentary projects, with a background in journalism. She graduated in Journalism from the Russian State University for the Humanities (RSUH) and worked as a journalist, host and producer at Echo of Moscow from 2017 to 2022.

She is the producer of METEORIT (2026), a short film shot in Moldova, which will have its World Premiere at the 42nd Warsaw International Film Festival and has already been selected for several other international festivals.

As a documentary screenwriter, she co-wrote Women’s Prisons: The One Nobody Talks About (2025), which was nominated for the Redkollegia Award, as well as Zero: The False Picture of What Happened (2025) and Navalny: From Investigations to Poisoning and Prison (2024), which have received over 1.6 million and 2.3 million YouTube views, respectively.

Gregory is an international producer and festival agent based in Kazakhstan. Worked in the Selection teams of the Go Short, Encounters and Camden film festivals. He has supported the festival strategy and promotion of films selected for international festivals, including Berlinale, Rotterdam, Tallinn Black Nights, Warsaw Film Festival, San Sebastián IFF, Busan IFF, Hong Kong IFF, Melbourne IFF, Cork IFF, Telluride, Palm Springs ShortFest, Torino IFF, Scad Savannah IFF, Leeds IFF, Oberhausen, Clermont-Ferrand, Tampere, Winterthur.

Kirill is a German film producer and graduate of the German Film and Television Academy Berlin (DFFB). He founded faktura film and, in 2022, founded Blue Monticola Film in Magdeburg.

His producing credits include Self-Criticism of a Bourgeois Dog, Bloodsuckers and Sehnsucht in Sangerhausen by Julian Radlmaier, the latter premiering in the International Competition at Locarno 2025. He also produced Music and Meine Frau Weint Weint by Angela Schanelec, both of which premiered in Competition at the Berlinale — in 2023 and in 2026.

One of the early projects in his career was the Moldovan-German feature film Anishoara (2016), directed by Ana-Felicia Scutelnicu, on which he worked as Producer and Line Producer.

Sasha is a sound artist with extensive international experience based in Berlin. He has worked on more than 50 film projects, ranging from independent auteur cinema to large international productions.

He has collaborated with directors including Kirill Serebrennikov, Natalia Meshchaninova, Eva Neymann and Sandrine Bonnaire, as well as filmmakers from the German Film and Television Academy Berlin (DFFB).

Sasha is the founder of Wave Odyssey Sound in Berlin and runs a professional production sound equipment rental service.

David is a Moldovan writer, director, editor and educator. Since 2023, he has been teaching screenwriting and visual storytelling at the Technical University of Moldova and the COR Creative Industries Association, and taught screenwriting at Moldova State University in 2024–2025. He has conducted masterclasses on acting for film, script development and interview editing at Mediacor in Chișinău.

He has written and directed several short films, including Cohabitation and What Happened Before the Guests Arrived. David also creates podcasts and interviews with filmmakers, has led a film club combining screenings and educational lectures, and is one of the organisers of CineMai, an annual festival showcasing auteur cinema in Moldova. He is currently developing his next independent project, to be filmed in Moldova.

Pavel Malyshev (Paul Small) is a Moldovan musician, film composer, music producer, sound engineer and educator based in Chișinău.

Roman graduated with a degree in Film and TV Directing, he is based in Berlin and works across independent cinema and media. His directing credits include Harakiri (2019), The Executioner (2020), VHS (2021) and The Real History of the White Sea Canal (2024), which received more than 1.2 million views on YouTube. The Executioner premiered at Uppsala Short Film Festival and was also selected for Message to Man.

As a cinematographer, Roman has worked on Sânziene (2027), Meteorit (2026) and Inflatable Bear, Hourly (2025), which premiered at Clermont-Ferrand.

Ivan is a German video producer, editor and creative director with 10+ years of experience in commercial video production, branded storytelling and social media content. He has worked with Amazon Studios, Oktagon MMA and TBD Media, as well as through his own production company VNVSN.

His expertise covers the full production process, from concept development and directing to cinematography, editing and color grading, with an additional background in film composition and audio engineering.
